To begin new service please fill out the Utility Contract & Gas Safety Acknowledgement form and email to or fax to: 316-542-0185. Please include a copy of your current drivers license. Fees can be paid online, dropped in our drop box at City Hall, or in person at City Hall - 131 N Main. 
FEES: $25 water connection
          $16.50 for first months trash
**Deposit can be waived with a letter of credit from a current utility account showing a current 12 month payment history with no more than 3 late fees.

Gas Safety Acknowledgement Form- All new utility customers are asked to review and sign this form. Please print the form and drop it off at City Hall or email it to with your Utility Contract. 

Bank Debit Authorization for Auto-Debit - Please complete and drop by City Hall to have monthly utility bill debited from your bank.

Backflow Test Form- All irrigation systems must have an annual backflow test completed if the system is hooked to the City's water supply

Residents who are signed up for automatic debit, can also sign up to have their utility bill e-mailed each month.
